Every official policy or procedure published on this website carries:
- a Document ID;
- a version number;
- an effective date and a review date;
- the body that approved it and the approval date;
- a status (placeholder, draft, approved, superseded);
- a revision history recording each change.
Superseded versions remain on record and are never silently altered. Documents marked Placeholder have not yet been approved and must not be relied on.
