- Reviewers and committee members must not copy, share or use submitted material for any purpose other than the review, and must declare conflicts of interest.
- Participant-identifying information should not be uploaded unless essential; where unavoidable it must be limited to what the Committee needs.
- Reviewer comments marked confidential to committee are never shown to applicants.
- Public verification pages never show participant information, confidential protocol content, documents, private contact details or reviewer comments.
