Researchers should submit continuing review documentation when required by the REC, including:
- study progress and recruitment status
- protocol deviations and adverse events
- amendments and complaints
- updated consent documents
- current risk assessment
- data safety information, where applicable
A final report is requested when the study ends so that the Committee can close the study record.
